I want to thank Roberta Studwell for assisting me in a healthier life style with food. This recipe is gluten free and tasty.
Hazelnut and Almond Pancakes
1 cup of hazelnut meal/flour
3/4 cup of almond flour
2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups of milk (your choice)
Polaner All Fruit Cherry Spreadable Fruit
Maple Gold Maple Syrup
Heat oil in pan for pancakes (low fire)
Mix the hazelnut meal/flour, almond flour, eggs and milk in a bowl until it's a like pancake batter.
scoop batter into pan and cook until brown on both sides
Spread Polaner on pancakes and pour desired amount of Maple Gold. Yummy
